I would recommend not wasting your time with IHG. Their app has multiple glitches and their customer service is non existent. If you have any type of issues with one of your stays IHG proves to be completely worthless.

Also if you leave a low star review through the app they will refuse to post it as they only post the higher star rated reviews , thus showing how dishonest they truly are. I have also reached out multiple times on why they refuse to post my reviews and have not received a response. IHG is completely dishonest and worthless. Also if you compare them to other reward programs they again rank low.

There are many other options that not only have better rewards , but actually care about their customers. I would give IHG zero stars if possible. App Store Preview.
