C2K hip mod download

In my humble opinion it should at the very least be broken into Russian in the north and Ruthenian in the south and west, which would make more sense looking at how culture is being used throughout the mod. I think this is a minor change which would bring much flavour to people playing often in the slavic regions such as mslf. Oh also version.
