Whenever I tried to create directory it give me this error,"mkdir: cannot create directory: Read-only file system". Some folders are shared between two servers so I created folder from one and want to use the other server for computation but it is unable to store any of the files or to write any file on the computational server.
I have tried sudo command as sudo mkdir try and chmod command as sudo chmod -R try but no use. I have found the threads related to it but none of it helped me.
