How to download maps for garrys mod server

This version will be for a dedicated server versions. So lets get on with it. There are many way of getting game modes for Garry's mod server but I like downloading them directly it prevents a lot of hassle. So to download them you need to get to the website or download link for the game mode you would like. I have collect a few of the popular ones for you. Once you have downloaded the game mode files you will most likely have to extract them in to a folder [Please note that this folder name must not have any spaces, its preferable to name the folder of which the game mode is called].

You can use a variety of software's to do this. All that is left to do is run your server and make sure there are no errors from the game mode you have installed. Some game modes might require extra setup steps of which I did not cover in this guide.
